Refund & Return Policy Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases: • The item arrives damaged • The item has a manufacturing defect • The wrong item was received If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.
